Our company handcrafts all products within 7-10 business days.

Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time. 

Look for the, “This item ships within ‘  –  ‘ days,” for the correct order timeline at the top of each listing.

Made to Order vs. Pre-Made

Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it’s handmade.

Both are handmade but the pre-made is shipment ready and processed within 1-3 business days while the made-to-order products take 7-10 business days to be created for you. 


The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.


Care for your new product(s) by:

* Use a sunshine cloth to gently polish the surface of the surface of your silver or gold jewelry. Sunshine cloths are provided with all jewelry products.

*Rinse jewelry under cold tap to remove dust from polishing cloth.

*Dry jewelry with a micro-fiber cloth. 

* Avoid polishing pre-oxidized (black) surfaces in order to preserve the look of black silver. Pre-oxidized surfaces were are a black tarnish adding an antique or artistic finish at the time of being created. If polished, the look of your jewelry will change to its original silver color.

Your product(s) can be damaged if:

* Too much pressure is applied to jewelry

* Using jewelry dips and solutions on pre-oxidized surfaces.

Jamie Santellano Designs guarantee you jewelry for one year. Under this guarantee should any part prove defective in either materials or craftsmanship, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

Return the jewelry together with its proof of purchase directly to Jamie Santellano Designs.

The warranty does not cover any damage as the result of mishandling, accident, or unauthorized repair or alteration.

Lost or stolen packages

Each order is packed and shipped in an 8″ x 8″ x 4″ box to avoid small items from being lost or stolen. Once the package reaches its destination, it has the potential to be stolen if left on the porch or doorstep too long. For this reason, I require a signature for each package to ensure that you’ve received it and to avoid theft. 

If you aren’t available at the time of delivery, your package will be held for you at your local Post Office.

*Shipping is free on orders within the US. 

International shipping (if applicable)

We happily support and love our international customers.

We ship all International products through USPS Priority. International shipping is free on orders of $250.00 or more.

Jamie Santellano Designs is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.

These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

We currently do not offer expedited shipping.

Our policy lasts 7 days and starts from the time you’ve received your order. If any issues with your order have not been reported within 7 days of receiving it, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To return your product, you should mail your product to Jamie Santellano Designs, 19425 Soledad Canyon Rd. #225, Canyon Country, CA 91351.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If granted a refund, you will receive a full refund in the amount you paid for the item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Additional non-returnable items:

*Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

* Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a completed Returns Form.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@jamiesantellano.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@jamiesantellano.com and send your item to Jamie Santellano Designs, 19425 Soledad Canyon Rd. #225, Canyon Country, CA 91351.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
