Behind The Scenes With Jackie Cleveland

While behind the scenes with Jackie Cleveland, you can get a real sense of her processes. She’s moved by bringing beauty into the world and expresses her vision through various mediums such as oil painting on canvas, and handmade mixed media art cards.

Jackie’s a master at color and explains her signature use of the palette knife in her paintings. This is one of the ways she brings vibrant colors to life with texture. The emotion and movement in her work make it’s viewer literally want to touch what is seen.

Jackie’s love for color and creativity lend a hand in her art cards. Living a busy lifestyle she extends her art into colorful tactile greeting cards layered with beauty and sentiment.

Thinking about all the birthdays and the people that I’ll be buying for around the holiday season, one person came to mind. My dear friend Jackie Cleveland. I’ve known Jackie for many years and have seen her work evolve and take on a life of its own.

Her greeting cards are a piece of art in and of themselves and add the perfect touch to gift giving. It’s no wonder that she’s my first choice when it comes to buying greeting cards for my loved ones.

🌺 A special thank you to Jackie Cleveland for allowing us into her space to see her process and where the magic of her beauty comes to life.
